Besides the obvious bubbles, emphasis must be on wanton behavior with a high-quality underlying soundtrack. I’m guessing transitions such as secondary windows being squashed or teared in two bursting bubbles, when a primary window is moved?

I am really sorry if this turns out to be infective – which seems to be the case…
Some properties that I have been contemplating for Sponge OS:
– If you click a button repeatedly the OS responds a lot faster
– You MUST be able to undo anything – anything!
– The computer running it must fit inside a pineapple
– Very big buttons wit huge spacing so you don’t accidentally click on the wrong one
– The can be no difference between double click and single click. Everything is pushed repeatedly until something happens
